Who we are
futbaly.com is operated by Fenul LLC, 10880 Wilshire Blvd, Suite 1101, Los Angeles, CA 90024, United States (“we”). Contact: info@futbaly.com.
What we collect
- No account, no sign-in. The website has no registration and asks for no personal details.
- Usage statistics. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It loads in a denied state: until you accept analytics in the cookie banner it stores nothing on your device and sends no identifier. If you accept, it sets first-party cookies and records pages viewed, approximate location (country and city), device type and how you arrived.
- Your theme choice. If you pick light or dark, that choice is kept in your browser’s local storage. It never leaves your device.
- Server logs. Our hosting and content delivery network keep standard request logs (IP address, time, page, browser) for security and to keep the site running. They are deleted on a rolling basis.
What we do not do
- We show no advertising and load no advertising tags.
- We do not sell or share personal information, as “sell” and “share” are defined by California law.
- We do not build profiles of individual visitors.
Your choices
Use the privacy choices link at the bottom of every page to accept or refuse analytics at any time. You can also clear cookies and local storage in your browser. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or California, you may ask us what we hold about you and ask us to delete it; write to info@futbaly.com. Because the site collects no account data, there is usually nothing to return beyond analytics records, which are not linked to your name.
Children
The site is meant for a general audience and does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new date. See also our terms of use.
